		<description>I am a new reader to your blog and a newcomer to passive investing.  Just trying to get my portfolio together now...... must admit I am nervous about 15% or so in REIT funds right now....... I know they have been coming up, but aren&#039;t there some real problems for commercial real estate ahead?  I was thinking of the Vanguard REIT ETF.  Will someone please reassure me!!   I know this is the point of passive investing, but this is hard!</description>
