Makes it a lot easier to stay sane when you see most of this stuff (such as the market decline, not things like job losses) as irrelevant.</description>

But as ever it&#039;s all about probabilities. There are *plenty more* reasons to think that on any long-term view we&#039;ll get out of this in one piece.

But what are you doing reading about the current market? I&#039;d have thought your philosophy would be to ignore even a crash as noise on a 30-year view? ;)
